Every item is made especially for you after you order. Please review our policy below for all the details on shipping , returns and payment.

Made-to-order

At Cubs&Co, we don't hold a large inventory, instead each item is made when order.

SHIPPING POLICY
Because each piece is made fresh for your little cub, please allow extra time before your order ships. 

​1. Production & Processing time: Please allow 7 business days for us to meticulously craft your items before they are ready to ship. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. 

2. Shipping transit times: Once your order leaves our studio, please allow 1-2 days for delivery. 

Total Expected Time: when combining production and shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 10-12 business days from the date of purchase. 

3. Shipping Costs: FREE shipping on all order over HKD $350.
Free delivery for all orders within Tseung Kwan O and Lohas Park area. 

For all other orders, a flat rate shipping fee of HKD $30 will be applied at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our made to order pieces. However, we understand that sometimes something might not be perfect. ​

Return & exchange window: You have 5 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange. 

 

PAYMENT

Thank you for your interest in Cubs&Co!
While we are working on activating credit payments, we are happy to accept orders via PayMe app. Once you are ready to check out, fill in your shipping details and order information. (Note: You will not pay on the site, it will redirect you to Payme app). In the message/description field, it is important to include your name. 
Once we receive your PayMe payment and match it to your order details, we will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours and prepare your shipment. ​
